This heart is made using dimpled rings, simple rings and chains. Two shuttles are required, wound CTM. The model was tatted using crochet cotton sized 10, and the motif is 4"

SS = Switch Shuttles
DimR = Dimpled ring

1st Center Dimpled ring DimR 8-4-4+ to last p made, 4-8
